The management committee is composed of active members nominated and elected by the members during the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The team serves the society for a year’s term and can be re-elected every year. The Mancom are parent members who have committed their free time and effort to pursue the goals and objectives as well as plan activities for the benefit of the society and its members.

EP Management committee is composed of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and the heads of the following committees:

  • Membership is responsible for creating programs to recruit and retain members of the society
  • Education and Training is responsible in gathering ideas and organize lectures based on the needs of the members
  • Socials is the fun team of the society. They organize activities that helps bond the members thru family and sports day, Christmas parties and EP anniversary
  • PR/Media is the arm of the society that looks after the campaigns to promote the society and enable Membership committee in recruiting new members. This team is also creator of the EP website where members can visit, post relevant information/links beneficial to the members
